Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and any mobile auto detailing service you book with Ghostline Details, a business operated by David Judd in Mesa, Arizona. By booking a service or using the site, you're agreeing to what's below.
The service we provide
Mobile auto detailing at an address you tell us: driveways, office lots, and apartment or condo garages that allow outside work. We arrive self-contained with water, power, and products. Specific packages, add-ons, and what each one includes are listed on the services page.
Pricing and quotes
- Pricing depends on package, vehicle size, and condition, and is quoted before we touch the car.
- The quoted price is the price you pay. If, after inspecting the vehicle, we believe additional work is required (heavy pet hair, embedded stains, extensive water spots), we'll tell you the new number before starting and you can decide whether to proceed.
- Payment is due at completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
Booking and cancellation
- Appointments are confirmed by phone, text, or email.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
- If we can't safely perform the work when we arrive (blocked access, unsafe weather, no reachable water source when needed), we may reschedule.
Ghost Club subscriptions
Ghost Club is a recurring detail subscription. The rate we quote at your first appointment is locked in for the duration of your subscription. You can pause or cancel at any time by call, text, or email. See the Ghost Club page for cadence and included services.
What we're responsible for
- Doing the work described in the package you booked, to the standard set on this site.
- Reasonable care of your vehicle and the surrounding area while we're on-site.
What's outside our warranty
- Pre-existing paint or interior damage we couldn't reasonably identify before starting.
- Results on vehicles with aftermarket coatings, wraps, or repairs when we haven't been informed in advance.
- Ongoing condition after service (paint protection wears down with sun exposure, interiors get dirty again with use).
If you're unhappy with something we did, tell us within 48 hours of the appointment. Reasonable rework is on us.
Photos and reviews
We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles we detail for use in marketing. Photos never include license plates, personal items in the interior, or anything that identifies you. Tell us before the appointment if you'd prefer we skip this.
Website content
All content on this website (copy, design, mascot, logos) is owned by Ghostline Details. You're welcome to link to it. You're not welcome to republish it as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Arizona law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Ongoing services and subscriptions continue under the terms in effect when you signed up unless we notify you of a change.
